When a bean is harvested, it needs to be washed.  The wash for this blend is extremely special, using the warmth of the earth, water which is heated naturally by the lava under the earth.  The water transforms the bean’s flavor, bringing the very best to the forefront.  Much like being embraced by Grace does for you and I!
